The data contained within comes from a variety of published sources curated by the Mullins Lab. The database is automatically regenerated from our primary and secondary sources in order to incorporate changes and additions. We also maintain a private copy of HIRIS with additional, unpublished datasets from our own research and that of our collaborators. As we publish on the private datasets, they will be made available in the primary, public HIRIS database. If you’d like to see your public HIV-1 integration site data included in HIRIS, please email us.
